Everything is so much better...

with sprinkles! I'm not sure the picture really does these donuts justice, because they really look good enough to eat!

The stamps are from Taylored Expressions Sprinkled with Love, and all the supplies are from the January 2010 Key Ingredients kit, also from Taylored Expressions. The sketch is another one of Jen del Muro's SFYTT.

Sorry for the quick post....must get everything ready for the Gold Medal hockey game this afternoon. I am not sure what I will do once the Olympics are over! I suppose I'll definitely watch much less TV!

Supplies: Stamps - Sprinkled with Love (Taylored Expressions); Cardstock - Kraft, Choice Snow White, Basic Grey Nook & Pantry; Other - Nestabilities, Espresso Dimensional Pearls, Dazzling Diamonds glitter, ribbon, Apron Lace border punch, twine

Go Canada!

After doing my daily blog hopping, I noticed this card by Karen Motz. The image was created by a fellow Canadian Nancy McKinney. Make sure you hop over to her blog and snag these AMAZING images.

In honour of another great medal haul for Team Canada (4more medals - 2 gold, 1 silver & 1 bronze), and of course the impending gold medal hockey game between Canada and the USA and the gold medal curling match between Canada and Norway, I created this card:

The sketch is from Jen del Muro's SFYTT.

My hubby got me a Team Canada hockey jersey for my birthday, and coincidentally, I had gotten him one for his....our birthdays are today and tomorrow! So I'll be wearing my mittens and jersey tomorrow (on my birthday!) cheering on my team in the GOLD MEDAL GAME!! GO CANADA GO!

Supplies: Images - Go Canada digi images from Nancy McKinney; Paper - Kraft, Riding Hood Red, Whisper White; Other - Nestabilities

What I've Been Up To...

So I haven't been overly regular with posting lately....but I do have an excuse. I have been working on wedding invitations. These in the picture below are for my brother and soon-to-be sister in law!

There is 130 of those beauties in that box! Now I just have 2 more sets to make, for a total of 380 left!

The stamp is Daisy with a Ladybug by Stamping Bella. Thanks to the Olympics, I have been able to get all of these invitations finished in a short period of time...and even have the others started!

Hopefully I'll be back soon!

Bella Blog Hop Day....Love Me Do Style!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I can't believe that it has been a month since my last blog post.....how terrible! My excuse.....life! Vacation, birthday parties, sick kiddos....you name it!

But the Bella Blog Hop is a great reason to get back to making some cards, so without further delay, I welcome you to the Love Me Do Blog Hop sponsored by Stamping Bella!

If you have just happened upon my blog, and you want to start from the beginning of the hop, go to the Queen Bella's blog at Stamping Bella. If you have arrived here from Dee's blog you are on the right track!

For my card, I chose to use Olivia....isn't she precious? I also used some of my Basic Grey Bittersweet paper, that has been sitting without a single page being used, so it was definitely time! The sketch for this card was inspired by SC265 from Splitcoast.

How about a prize? In addition to the fabulous eye candy, we have decided to hide a prize somewhere along the hop! One pre-selected blogger will draw a random winner from the comments on her post, and the winner will receive a $25 Gift Voucher to Stamping Bella!!! The fun part is...we're not telling you who it is! So as you hop, make sure you leave comments on every post so you have a chance to win!! We will announce the winner on Friday in the Splitcoast forum. MWAH!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Now it's time to hop on over to
Andora's blog for some more Bella greatness!

Have a great weekend!
