makes one not so stressed come Christmas!
After a few week hiatus from Sparkle's Christmas Card Challenge, I have returned! This week it was a sketch challenge, and here is what I came up with!
This is another Rudolph image from Bugaboo Stamps! He was printed onto SU Very Vanilla and then coloured with copics. The paper is more from my hoarded stash, Dashing from SU! I added some Smooch Illuminate top coat to the ornament to make it a little sparkly, which the camera actually seemed to capture!
That's all for today. Time to get the kids ready for a sleepover at my parents!
Have a great weekend!
Supplies
Stamps - Bugaboo Stamps
Paper - RIver Rck, Very Vanilla, Old Olive, Real Red, SU Dashing DP
Other - Copics, Nestabilities, Ribbon, Bella Baubles, Smooch

Happy Anniversary...
to my DH (who won't be reading this, but oh well!) Today is our 5th Anniversary....and we're headed to the Jays game!
Before we go, I thought I would get some blogging done!
First is the card I made him for our anniversary!
For the image I chose my beloved Stella & Gus from Bugaboo Stamps. Thanks to Jeanie (the Spotted Chick), I am totally hooked on these stamps! Gus and Stella were printed onto some SU Very Vanilla CS, and coloured in with copics. The sketch for the card is this week's Mojo Monday sketch, and the colours are from the Color Throwdown #100 challenge!
Thanks for stopping by!

Babies, Babies...
everywhere! One of my friends from University just had (well a month ago!) a little boy. I thought that the Hangin' Out set from Taylored Expressions would be a perfect fit! (have I said how much I LOVE these new sets from TE!?!?)
The sketch for this card is Taylor's Sketch #119. As one can probably tell, I paper-pieced the onesies with the DP, which I believe is My Minds Eye. For the rest, I dug out some old punches for the sentiment, and my star border punch for some detail.
Thanks for stopping by! I will hopefully return with another post today....I have a few cards finished, and need to get them up! Plus, I'll have to be back for the TE release....which is going to be soon!

Saddle Up!
It's another scorcher here in SW Ontario, so we are keeping the outdoor activities to a minimum! Which means I can actually get a card or two (and even a blog post!) done!
My sister-in-law asked me to make a birthday card for a friend...the only request was that it had something to do with horses! Luckily, I had just bought this digi stamp from The Digi Shack, so I knew exactly what I was going to do!
I printed the image out on some SU Very Vanilla, and coloured it in with my copics. Then I cut it out with my Square nesties, and sponged around the edges with Yellow Ochre chalk ink. The sketch for the card is from Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch #76. The paper I ended up finding in my stash, after I had already coloured the image. (gotta love it when that happens!)
Supplies

Paper - Soft Suede, Kraft, Very Vanilla, Cosmo Cricket Mr. Campy
