Good Morning! Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! We are in the middle of a long weekend, with great weather to boot!
This week, the challenge was a sketch! I love having sketch challenges!
First, I must apologize....if you are getting sick of this Crate Paper Snow Day paper, I will try to use something new soon, I swear! I am just IN LOVE with the paper....the colours, the patterns...
I started by stamping this snowflake from Taylored Expressions Winter Wonderland in Rich Razzleberry ink. Then I cut it out using the Winter Wonderland Snowflake dies. The snowflake was mounted on a circle, cut out with my nestabilities, and I added a rhinestone brad for some bling.
To finish off the card, I added some brads and turquoise satin ribbon.
Thanks for stopping by today! Make sure you head over to the CCC Blog to see all the other awesome DT cards!

Happy Birthday Gerda!
Good Morning! If you didn't guess from my title, it is Gerda's birthday!
We, the DT at Stamp Fairy have created a little surprise birthday blog hop in her honour! If you have arrived here from Karen's Blog, you are on the right track! If you want to see the whole party, then hop back to the Stamp Fairy Blog and get started!
Each of us has a special part to play in the party, mine being one of the most important of all....FOOD!!
Since it is a gorgeous summery day, I thought that some sweet watermelon would be delicious for a party. I used Lenny Fruits as my image, and began by printing him on SU Whisper White. I printed him out twice, so I could layer the watermelon, and make it pop!
I used papers from the Echo Park Summer Days collection, and then added the sweet sentiment.
Oh - I almost forgot....if you want to win this image, make sure you leave me a comment, and wish Gerda a Happy Birthday!
Next up is Jackie!
Happy Birthday Gerda!! Hope you enjoy your day!

I think I am in love...
with this newest release from Stamp Fairy!
Happy Friday! Hope everyone has had a great week. Mine has been spent in my gardens that were neglected for the 2 weeks we were on holidays. I am nearly caught up, but I am hoping the 2.5" of rain we got yesterday and lastnight, just might make weed pulling a little easier!
But enough of that.....on to what you stopped by for!
This is most definitely my new favourite character in the Stamp Fairy lineup, Barry! Meet Barry Winter. I started by printing him out onto SU Whisper White cs, then colored him in with my copics. Then, I cut him out using my Labels 1 nestabilities.
Again, I have used Crate Paper Snow Day as my DP! I did keep the layout simple, using Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch #126.
For a peek at the rest of the release, and the amazing DT creations, head over to the Stamp Fairy Blog!

Only a few days to spare....
and I managed to finally get my July SFYTT card finished!
I used one of my favourite PI girls, Make Mine A Double. She was stamped on SU Whisper White cs, then coloured with copics. Her dress was paper pieced with some of the Echo Park Summer Days.
I punched out a circle using the DP and them mounted a heart, from the Hearts A Plenty die-namic. The other two embellishments are buttons from my stash! They were tied using my Scrappers Floss.
That's it for me today. We are FINALLY getting some rain, which we gravely needed, but now my garden that needs weeding will have to wait.....I guess a day of baking is in order!
Enjoy!

All About Plaid
Good Morning!
Today, I didn't make a card using Crate Paper Snow Day! If they had a plaid pattern, that would be different!
The challenge today is Plaid! To see the challenge, and all the DT's creations, head over to the Christmas Card Challenge Blog.
Today, I pulled out my favourite bear, Big Bear! I stamped him onto SU Very Vanilla cs, then coloured him in with my copics. I used the plaid patter from Cosmo Cricket Mitten Weather.
For some finishing touches, I added some buttons from my stash.

CCC #33
Good Morning!
It's time for more Christmas Cards! This week, the challenge at Sparkle's Christmas Card Challenges is Faith. We also have a sponsor this week.....Paper Makeup Stamps!
I used the set, Snow Happy. I combined both of the adorable snowmen into one image, then colored them with my copics. As I mentioned last week, I am stuck on using this Crate Paper Snow Day paper, so here it is again!
I kept everything pretty simple on this one.....just some ribbon and a few brads!
Thanks for stopping by!

Joy
Good Morning!
Today is my second week now as a DT for the Christmas Card Challenges, and I am loving the increasing pile of Christmas Cards I am getting! It isn't too late to start, if you haven't already!!
This week, the challenge is Paper Piecing!
I absolutely LOVE the Crate Paper Snow Day collection. I love all the patterns and the non-traditional christmas colours. I just got more of the paper, so I'll be using it a lot!
This is a stamp that I had picked up at my LSS a while ago, with this idea in mind!
I stamped "joy", from Sparkle N Sprinkle Stamps, onto the DP then cut it out. It was mounted on a Kraft oval, cut with my nestabilities.
The layout is from the MFTWSC27. I added some ribbon, and a few brads, and there you have it!

New Release Day!
Good Morning! Happy Friday!
Today is release day at Stamp Fairy, and this release is ADORABLE!
Meet Tommy the Wizard! I love his hat and that owl!
I started by using the Sweet Sunday Sketch #124 as my starting point, and papers from My Mind's Eye True Blue.
Tommy was coloured using copics and then cut out and mounted on some oval nestabilities. I added the sentiment (which is a freebie!), then three silver brads to finish off!
That's it for me today! We're off on holidays, so I've got to pack, clean, organize and get some posts ready!
Have a great weekend!

Some exciting news!
Good Morning! I hope you all are enjoying a fantastic LONG WEEKEND!
First - my exciting news - I am a new member of the DT for Christmas Card Challenges! I had applied a few months ago, and was so honoured to have them ask me to join!
So hopping right in, this week the challenge was - "Twas the night before Christmas..."
This is what I came up with!
I stamped Magical Santa, from Whipper Snapper Stamps, onto SU Very Vanilla cs, then coloured him in with my copics. The sketch is based on the June SFYTT by Jen del Muro.
The paper is from the SU Dashing collection.
Thanks for stopping by today! Make sure you head over to the Christmas Card Challenge Blog to see all the new creations, and meet the new DT!
